About the Chef, Carmel Patterson:
I grew up helping my Mother in the kitchen. She is an extremely good cook to which I owe much of my own skills. I’ve been cooking for friends and family for over 20 years and really enjoy the satisfaction I get whenever I receive rave reviews on how delicious their meals were. After working in the Human Resources field for a number of years, I decided to change my career path and do something that I really enjoyed, cooking! After doing a little research, I discovered and joined the United States Personal Chef Association and the Canadian Personal Chef Association. I’m a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and I have taken a multitude of culinary classes over the years. I continue to attend culinary workshops and classes, keep up with the newest cooking trends, and experiment with new menu ideas.
